Our Story
RAENSOL Corp — Raninga Engineering Solutions Corp — was established by Prahar Raninga and Pravin Raninga with an initial mission to excel in the procurement, trading, and manufacturing of primary metals, metal scrap, machinery, and machinery parts.
In 2022, drawing upon their extensive expertise in mechanical and mining operations, the founders made the strategic decision to diversify into Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). Under the RAENSOL banner, they assembled a team of industry specialists to deliver full-lifecycle project solutions across structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and construction.
Mr. Pravin Raninga, a highly qualified mining engineer with over three decades in mining technology, founded Ambuja Limechem Pvt. Ltd. and Rallies Coke Pvt. Ltd., and has provided consultancy to private and public sector entities. Mr. Prahar Raninga brings five years of procurement leadership at Sona Steel Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, combining commercial sharpness and team leadership that directly powers RAENSOL's competitive edge.
Today, RAENSOL stands as a premier EPC provider committed to performance guarantees and engineering excellence — executing projects across India and internationally with a meticulously assembled team of industry specialists.
